The Tyngsboro Youth Lacrosse Association is open to boys & girls who are in enrolled in grades 1 through 8.  We are a youth organization dedicated to introducing, teaching, and expanding the game of lacrosse in Tyngsboro and neighboring communities.

We believe that lacrosse provides a unique and exciting combination of individual athleticism (speed, endurance, hand-eye coordination), teamwork, and creative problem solving. As an organization, we strive to bring these experiences to all of our players.

We have developed a comprehensive curriculum for players that is fun, competitive, and instructional.  Our goal is to teach age-appropriate skills in an integrated manner that builds across each age level and will prepare the players to play beyond their youth career. 

Both the boys and girls programs are comprised of 4 age levels of teams that are determined by school grade: U9 (1st and 2nd grade), U11 (3rd and 4th), U13 (5th and 6th), and U15 (7th and 8th).  

Preseason practices begin in March with outdoor practices on the field during the month of April, weather dependent.  New in the 2023 season, all players (boys and girls) will compete in the Massachusetts Youth Lacrosse (MYL) League. 

Each year, player registration opens in November for the following spring season.
